Mary Posch-Oduro, National Treasurer candidate of the New Patriotic Party has picked the nomination form at the party headquarters in Accra on Wednesday, 8th May 2022.
She was accompanied by party executives from different constituencies and party faithfuls who support her candidature.
Madam Mary Posch-Oduro paid the nomination fee of Ghc8,000 and she is expected to return her nominations very soon.
She was met by the Head of the party’s Elections, Evans Nimako, who urged all candidates to go by the rules laid down by the party to ensure a fair campaign.
Madam Mary Posch-Oduro pledged to do a record bases campaign and called on delegates to consider her ascend to the National Treasurer position.
In a related development, Madam Posch-Oduro has also embarked on her Greater Accra regional tour to solicit votes from delegates in the upcoming elections.
She met both newly elected Regional and Constituency executives with a call on them to rally behind her candidature.
Delegates present expressed their unflinching support for her candidature and promised to join in the campaign trail for success ahead of the 2024 elections.
