Herbal practitioner, Dr. Kalvin Sewornyuia Akpade has disclosed that one of the numerous causes of stroke is poor dietary management among people.
According to him, other disease conditions like blood pressure, diabetes, eating at night, and lack of intermittent exercise can also lead to stroke.
To prevent stroke, Dr. Akpade urged the public to have a workload limit, have enough rest after a hard day’s work, do away with stress and have proper dietary management.
He advised eating carbohydrates, fat, protein, vegetables, and other vital nutrients in our daily diet, and regularly exercising the body to keep the cardiac system very active for free flow of blood.
He also urged the public to visit the hospital for check-ups from time to time in order to do away with the issue of stroke.
