A team of assessors for the 2021 District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) began the annual assessment of the Effutu Municipal Assembly on Monday, August 1, 2022.
The Assessment, which lasted for 2 days, started with an Entry Conference between the Assessors and the various heads of government departments and agencies in the Municipality.
In a brief remark, the Effutu Coordinating Director, Mr. Francis Asiedu, welcomed the team and assured them of the readiness of the Assembly to partake in the assessment.
An exit conference to announce the Assembly’s performance for the 2021 administrative year was held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 with the MCE, Hon. Zubairu Kassim, Coordinating Director, Mr. Francis Asiedu, as well as various Heads of Department/Units and staff of the Assembly in attendance.
The DPAT team, led by Mr. Jonathan Ocansah, took pains to read the thematic areas and the respective marks the Assembly needed to acquire to sum up to 100%. In all, the Assembly had a whopping 98% out of 100% performance for the year 2021.
The MCE thanked the team for their level of professionalism and open-mindedness in seeking clarity on issues needed for the score.
Hon. Zubairu Kassim was also grateful to the Assembly’s staff for their selfless and dedicated efforts during the assessment period in guiding the Assembly to a higher score of 98%.
He, therefore, charged staff of the Assembly to continue to work hard to meet all the indicators in the coming year to enable the Assembly to score all percentage points.
