The main opposition National Democratic Congress has slated 15th to 23rd September 2022 for its Constituency elections.
In a communique signed by Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the General Secretary of the party it emphasised that constituencies with sitting Member of Parliament (MP) will have their elections held from 15th-17th September while that of orphan constituencies has been slated for 22nd-23rd October 2022.
According to the statement, the decision by the leadership of the party is to ensure free, fair and transparent constituency elections across all the regions.
The NDC is in the process of electing new officers for the party ahead of the 2024 general elections.
