Ghana Maritime Authority participated in the 2022 CyberX Africa International Cyber Conference and Exhibition in Accra.
The event is held in collaboration with the Security Governance Initiative (SGI) Secretariat of Ghana’s Ministry of National Security and the Embassy of the State of Israel.
The plenary will focus on maritime cybersecurity, data protection, aviation cybersecurity, cyber enforcement and the role of the security sector in cyber strategy.
The Authority’s representatives are led by Capt. (Rtd) Emmanuel Ankamah, Deputy Director of Ship Inspections & Maritime Security.
Reps from the Legal, Information Technology, Administration and Public Relations Departments are also present. The event is taking place at the Accra International Conference Centre.
