Sixty-Six Aspirants of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bibiani Anhwianso Bekwai Constituency contested for the various constituency positions in the just-ended elections held at Sefwi Awaso Asempanaye over the weekend.
According to the newly elected chairman for the Bibiani Anhwianso Bekwai Constituency, Yaw Berimah who beat the incumbent Mr Kofi Ankomah with 11 votes difference stated that the election saw no winners and losers as he pledged to do everything within his means to bring everyone on board to come out with a good strategy to win the Bibiani Anhwianso Bekwai seat for the umbrella party.
He said the NDC will campaign vigorously ahead of the 2024 elections since he stands on unifying and bringing on other aspirants to allow dreams to come to pass.
Meanwhile, the Western North Regional 1st Vice chairman, Jerry Kankam (Kwabena Ketewa) contesting for the Regional chairmanship position took the opportunity to advise the winners and the losers to bring on board ideas and to collaborate to work hard to capture power in the 2024 general elections.
