Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia was the Guest of Honour at the 2022 edition of the Northern Ghana Development Summit and Investment fair.
The fair birthed the launch and adoption of a Five-Year Comprehensive Medium-Term Development Strategy (2023-2027) of the Northern Development Authority the focus on Wednesday, November 1.
He reiterated the government’s commitment towards rapid development and the need for the Northern Development Authority to anchor its agriculture modernization and industrialization objective around this project to create an agriculture transformation growth pole in northern Ghana.
Dr Bawumia also urged indigenes and partners at the forefront of development to continue demonstrating leadership in unlocking the potential of the various sectors to accelerate the pace of development.
