An aspiring General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Elvis Afiryie Ankrah has appealed to delegates of the party to vote for him in the upcoming internal elections of the biggest opposition party in Ghana.
He said he has been at the forefront of three major campaigns playing different roles between 2002 and 2020.
To that end, he understands campaigns and elections quite thoroughly.
He said, “If the NDC gets it right as a party by electing him, the whole country will get it right and if it gets it wrong the country will sink”.
He said these after submitting his forms at the Party’s headquarters in Accra on Wednesday, November 9.
