International Gospel musician, Sonnie Badu has challenged Black Stars players representing Ghana at the World cup in Qatar to be patriotic in whatever they do.
The musician has urged the players to learn how to recite the national anthem, learn jamma songs, play with passion, eliminate self glory and rather work as a team in order to make an impact at the tournament.
Sonnie Badu who has both Ghanaian and Nigerian backgrounds emphasised like Brazil has Samba, and Ghana also has Jamma and therefore urged all players to join in singing rather than resorting to their phones.
Ghana’s national team, Black Stars are participating in the 2022 Qatar world cup which is coming off from 20th November – 18th December 2022.
Meanwhile, the team has started camping in the UAE where it is expected to play a friendly match with Switzerland on Thursday, 17th November 2022 before leaving for Qatar.
