Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Hon. Mrs Cynthia Mamle Morrison who doubles as a Member of Parliament for Agona West Municipality of the Central Region has advised Ghanaians to sanitize their mobile phones against the spreading of the deadly disease (Coronavirus).
According to her, Mobile Phones attract a lot of germs or viruses on the surface and these germs can be transferred to hands when touching the phone.
Gently wipe your phone with a clean cloth up and down on the screen including the cover and the body of the phone.
Speaking to Abena Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi FM’s “Efa wo ho” morning show, Mrs Morrison said that mobile phones serve as a variety of purposes in everyone’s daily activities and used during eating, writing, walking, talking, shaking hand and among others which can attract virus on the surface hence sanitizing it frequently can keep them from not attaining the virus.
She stated that one should avoid inserting figures into the nose, ears, mouth whiles handle mobile phone because the fingers may attract virus when being in contact with their phone.
Sharing your phone with other people is risky nowadays hence clean your phone before using it.
Mrs Morrison, therefore, advised the public to sanitize their mobile phones regularly in order not to attain any deadly virus.
