Officials from the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development paid a courtesy call on Upper West Regional minister Dr. Bin Salih Hafiz at his office.
They are in the region to hold discussions with key officials in the implementation chain of the Gulf of Guinea Northern Regions Social Cohesion (SOCO) project in the region.
The Upper West Region is among the 6 beneficiary regions of the project.
Fortunately, all 11 districts of the region are beneficiaries of the SOCO project.
