A priest in the Akwatia Parish of the Catholic Church in Diocese of Koforidua, Reverend Father John Bremini has said serious disease caused by a virus that destroys the body’s natural protection from infection, known as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome still exists as the deadly coronavirus which is spreading Worldwide.
He has therefore urged Couples and the youth who are preparing to marry to avoid immoral acts and be faithful.
Speaking to the congregation in Osenase Catholic church, Reverend Father John Bremini called on all Ghanaians to avoid laziness and keep watching and praying for God’s intervention in the outbreak of the deadly disease, coronavirus, (COVID-19).
He also emphasized on the need for public education on the disease and urged Leaders in Ghana and the World to join hands to limit the spreading.
Reverend Father John Bremini charged Christians to prioritize Evangelization.
According to him, most Catholics are failing to perform their special function to carry the gospel to places where it was previously unknown and people who have not accepted Christ.
Father John Bremini challenged Christians to inculcate Bible Studies into their lives and go and make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all that the Lord has commanded them.
The priest called on the congregation embark on House to House visit to followers of the Lord and have not been attending Mass and urged them to hold public activities to win souls for the Lord.
