As part the global Youth Development Advocacy Program, Security Consultant and Leadership Expert, Richard Kumadoe had the opportunity of speaking at training the National Service Personnel in the Ada West District.
The training was based on Strategic Communication and Leadership.
The joy and excitement in the faces of the participants and senior officers who attended the session revealed they were enthused with the rich experience of the speaker.
According to Mr. Kumadoe the training session will go a long way to build capacity and enhanced the communication and leadership skills of the numerous National Service Personnel who took time off to physically participate in the program.
The Sege parliamentary hopeful for the National Democratic Congress thanked the Ada West District National Service Manager, and the NASPA PRESIDENT, for the great initiative, and for the opportunity.
Over the years, Mr. Richard Kumadoe have been busy in the frontline, together with others, developing the next generation of corporate leaders, and to engage in personality, and community development initiatives across the globe.
