Due to the Pandemic disease that is prevalent over the whole world, Market women in the Eastern Regional capital have said consumers have purchased more items such as foods, provisions and many other for preservation in case the pandemic disease extends to a critical stage.
They indicate that coronavirus has created fear and panic in the country.
Speaking in an interview with Mybrytfmonline reporter, they said they believe in the cases confirmed by Kumasi Center for Collaborative Research and Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR).
“We use sanitizer effectively to protect ourselves from coronavirus but we cannot avoid personal interaction for the sake of our business” they stated.
Some added that they frequently eat natural organic foods that will boost their immune system in order to fight against any disease in their body.
They reveal that because coronavirus is killing many people all over the world they have started practising personal hygiene in their various houses and everywhere.
