Presidential aspirant for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Francis Addai-Nimoh, has pledged to combat corruption in Ghana if elected as the party’s nominee and then the country’s president.
Speaking with Aduanaba Kofi Asante on GhanAkoma’s evening political show on Akoma FM in Kumasi, Mr. Addai-Nimoh reaffirmed his determination to combat corruption and demand responsibility in the nation.
He contends that everyone must work together to find solutions to the nation’s corruption and bribery issues.
He emphasised the necessity for a concentrated effort to develop long-term solutions by blaming the action and inactivity of all Ghanaians for contributing to this situation.
He added the necessity for everyone to launch a crusade to convince people to stop engaging in harmful behaviors that impede national growth.
“No country in the world can develop when bribery and corruption has become the order of the day”, he stated.
