The responsibility of Elders in every society is to provide guidance, and good counsel, especially in critical moments.
The duties of young people, especially the energetic youth is to engage in productive activities that yields the right economic and social results. I pray, the elders in our communities will speak out, and ensure community development becomes a key priority on the dinner menu tables.
I implore our elders to also guide and guard the youth, else, they would be misguided, and chaos will become the new normal. God forbid!
The Attrocities at Kablevu is still a crime against humanity, and it needs to be properly resolved, inorder to achieve a permanent closure.
Never again, shall we continue to divide ourselves on clan and tribal lines; never again shall we let go of our ancestral homes, and family inheritance. Together, we are one, and so shall it be.
I greet the communities along the Ada Songhor Lagoon: thorny issues would be addressed, and freedom will be achieved within timelines.
Let Dangmeli, stay together, stay focused, avoid in-fighting, and refrain from joining the negative gangsterism crew members.
