The NPP presidential candidate Joe Ghartey has stated that we, as Ghanaians, must alter the way we conduct ourselves. In a speech before Parliament, Joe Ghartey remarked that it was time for everyone to take a close look at themselves, own up to their errors, and make changes.
Mr. Ghartey declared that he was not willing to place the responsibility on any particular person or group, instead urging all Ghanaians to examine themselves honestly and make changes.
It is time for change, he said, from public employees who put in only a few hours per week to private sector workers who disregarded their civic duties to young people who wish to advance among their peers not based on talent but rather on “connection.”
According to Joseph Ghartey, enough is enough.
According to Joe Ghartey, significant sums of money were given and received by everyone from political parties and politicians to religious organizations, all without anyone ever inquiring where the funds came from. According to Joseph Ghartey, enough is enough. He finished by noting that we should anticipate the same outcomes if we carry out the same actions in the same way.
He was ready to provide the leadership as the time was right for a total turnaround. If chosen as president, Joe Ghartey promised to be honest with the public, take tough choices, and lead Ghana with a vision that will advance the country.
