A mock parliamentary sitting has been held at the Regional House of Chiefs at Wa in the Upper West Region.
The event kickstarts activities earmarked for the celebration of 30 years of uninterrupted democracy in the country.
Students from five universities in the northern regions participated in the programme.
Members of Parliament, the regional minister, members of the Parliamentary Service and some membes of the general public were also part of the day’s activities.
