The Rt Hon ASK Bagbin has Ben enskinned as Tinmaale Naa by the Takpo Traditional Council in the Upper West Region.
The title, Tinmaale Naa stands for Development Chief was bestowed on the Rt Hon Speaker because of the countless developmental projects he has brought to the Traditional Area and beyond.
He was given the skin name, Naa Sunniyong Maalu Sungmaale Naa Bagbin.
