On Sunday, September 3rd, 2023, New Juaben South MP Michael Okyere Baafi had the privilege of sharing his life experiences at the Eastern Regional Apostolic Church Youth Camp meeting held at the Liberty Vocational Institute, themed “Making a Difference.”
This session was graced by Rev. Dr. Jones Asare Mankralo, who delivered a powerful sermon based on John 2:1-11 (the story of Jesus turning water into wine).
Although he had heard this passage countless times while growing up, the preacher’s interpretation added a new depth to its spiritual meaning and relevance to humanity.
The MP contributed to the sermon by sharing his life experiences with the young attendees, urging them to lead purposeful lives.
He again, encouraged them to seek mentors and maintain focus in their pursuits.
“It was an enlightening session, highlighting the importance of end-time gatherings like this to reinforce our moral values in the younger generation” he added.
