In line with its Annual Programme of Work, the Claims Processing Centre (CPC) Cape Coast has engaged a cross-section of NHIS Credentialed Healthcare Providers and other Stakeholders in the Central Region.
The meeting had healthcare practitioners from Hospitals, Clinics , Diagnostic Centres, and Pharmacies in attendance
Present at this meeting is a Board Member, and some senior management officials of the NHIA. Dr Isaac Morrison (Board Member) represented the Chief Executive, Dr. Okoe-Boye and chaired the event. Dr Gustav Cruickshank (Director Financial Accounting), Dr Abigail Nyarko Codjoe Derkyi-Kwarteng (Ag. Director Claims), Oswald Essuah-Mensah (Ag. Director CAF), Abena Ekufua Esia-Donkoh (Ag. Dep Director CPC Cape Coast), Mr Fred Appiah (Central Regional Director), among others, were all in attendance.
The engagement has provided participants with a platform to discuss current and emerging trends in claims processing, address stakeholders’ concerns on claim’s management and other NHIA related issues as well as strengthen the cordial working relationship among stakeholders.
The CPC Cape Coast serves NHIS credentialed healthcare providers within the Central , Western, and Western North regions of Ghana
