Ghana coach Chris Hughton has announced a 55-man provisional Black Stars ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup OF Nations tournament.
The provisional squad released on Wednesday has notable players like captain Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Thomas Partey, Daniel Amartey, Inaki Williams and others.
Hughton is expected to prune down the squad to 27 before January 4, 2024.
The squad released included 11 local players with Medeama dominating in the home-based stars to have earned call ups.
Ghana are placed in Group B of the 2023 AFCON, alongside Cape Verde, Egypt, and Mozambique.
The tournament is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, January 13 through to February 11, 2024.
