The Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has announced plans by the government to repaint all public basic schools from their current brown and yellow colours to blue and white.
This initiative is part of a rebranding strategy aimed at enhancing the aesthetics of the schools.
Dr. Adutwum further revealed that this initiative is one of many aimed at revitalizing basic education in the country and making it more appealing.
This comes after the ministry’s announcement to change school uniforms as part of many reforms undertaken by the ministry to improve the quality of education in Ghana.
