The Ghana Education Service Management has held a Capacity-Building Workshop for Heads of Schools in the Northern zone.
Heads of Senior High, Senior High Technical and STEM Schools from the Northern, Savannah, North East, Upper East and Upper West Regions participated in a two-day Capacity-Building on Wednesday 10th and Thursday, 11th July 2024, in Tamale.
Dr Eric Nkansah joined the Deputy Director-General in charge of Management Services, Mr Stephen Owusu, and other Directors from the headquarters and took the participants through training in a diverse range of skills, including strategic management, legal issues, guidance and counselling, auditing and the Public Financial Management(PFM) Act.
He was confident that these training sessions will greatly enhance the education management and leadership skills of our Heads of Schools, ultimately leading to improved performance and learning outcomes.
