Great family time it was as Management and Staff of the Ministry of Energy, including Sector Agencies came together to bid farewell to former minister Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh formally, as he bow out of the Ministry.
He was humbled by the outpour of love and well wishes.
According to him, he was proud of what the ministry achieved over the period and was confident that it forms the basis for many more exploits in the quest at keeping the lights on and the nation moving.
Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh resigned as the sector minister after he was named the running mate by NPP’s flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia ahead of the December elections.
He was grateful for the support of the Management and Staff of the Ministry and sector agencies and pledged to continue to work together for the continued upliftment of our country.
