Three persons including one driver and two mates are currently in critical condition following a gory accident that occurred at the Gomoa Buduatta Junction in the Gomoa East District of Kasoa Winneba highway.
The accident which involved a container trailer with registration number GE: 8891- 18 heading to Takoradi and tipper truck with registration number GN:2314-21 heading to Kasoa.
The accident happened around 3am on Friday at Goil Feeling station before Gomoa Buduatta Junction.
Information gathered revealed, the driver of the tipper truck who was sleeping upon reaching Gomoa Buduatta Goil Filing station, the driver moved from his lane and eventually collided with the trailer truck.
The casualties have been admitted to the St Gregory Catholic Hospital in Gomoa Budumburam for treatment.
