The Member of Parliament for Asuogyaman Thomas Ampem Nyarko has challenged his contender for this year’s Parliamentary elections, Pius Enam Hadzide to avail himself for a debate to afford constituents the opportunity to know who can lead them in Parliament.
According to the lawmaker, his performance over the past eight years will speak for him as constituents are poised to vote for him no matter the propaganda.
Hon Ampem Nyarko said the NPP Parliamentary candidate Pius Hadzide has had the opportunity to serve as deputy minister and also the current CEO of the Youth Employment Agency but has nothing to show for all this years as far as the development of Asuogyaman is concerned.
In an interview with Kwamina Sam Biney on BRYT Adekyee Mu Nsem on Wednesday, the MP was emphatic that his sole performance in the Constituency over powers that of the government, hence he wonder why constituents won’t consider him first before his contenders.
He was, therefore, optimistic he would win the December Parliamentary elections no matter how propaganda the NPP candidate implies.
