President of the National House of Chiefs Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II has asked for evidence to confirm or otherwise allegations by Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress
He was responding to earlier accusation by the NDC Chairman describing him as a staunch member of the NPP per his utterances and actions over the years.
In an interview with Kwamina Sam Biney on Bryt Adekyyee Mu Nsem, Ogyeahoho Gyebi II noted there is no aorta of truth in the accusation and urged the public to treat it as one of the propaganda campaign messages that normally surface during electioneering periods.
“The accusation by Asiedu Nketiah is unfounded. Let him produce evidence to back his claim or else see it as one of the things that comes from politician who has nothing to say” the traditional leader stressed
He, however, advised political leaders and supporters to desist from engaging in politics of defamation and rather tell electorates what they intend doing for them when voted into power.
