As part of the “Catch Them Young” fire safety campaign, officers from Anyinam Fire Station, led by DO III Nicholas K Addo, visited Anyinam Presby Basic School.
They provided essential fire safety education, covering topics like good housekeeping practices, electrical safety, and the safe handling of LPG to help prevent fire incidents.
The officers also conducted practical demonstrations on using fire extinguishers and fire blankets, allowing students and staff to practice handling small fires.
This hands-on training aimed to empower participants with the skills needed to respond effectively to fire incidents at their early stages.
