In a shocking development, police arrested Rufai, a guy, at the Animgazanga JHS polling station in the Bolga Central constituency for allegedly in possession of printed ballot papers.
According to witnesses, Rufai was apprehended in possession of the incriminating material, and the authorities acted right away.
After acting quickly, the police arrested Rufai and took him to the regional police headquarters so that he could be questioned further.
