Former Somalia coach Bashiru Hayford says he is too mature to head the technical department of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The former Asante Kotoko head coach has applied for the position and has been shortlisted among applicants to be interviewed this week.
According to him, his vast experience over the years in the game makes him qualified for the job.
“All the requisite knowledge, skills and competence needed to fill the vacancy of a technical director considering my educational background, my experiences overseas, I totally qualify so I think where Oti Akenteng left, we should continue extensively,” He told Light FM.
Report from FIFA gave the Ghana FA one week ultimatum to appoint a new technical director.
