Over the weekend, Atiwa east constituency executives of the NPPP and the MP embarked on a thanksgiving tour to express their gratitude and seek divine guidance for the journey ahead.
On Saturday, the team visited five SDA churches in Asamang Central, Moseaso, Sekyere, Anyinam, and Abakoase.
Sunday was equally eventful, beginning with a visit to the Chief of Ahankrasu, followed by worship with the Apostolic, Pentecost, and Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) congregations.
They later visited Sekyere CAC and Sekyere Presby, concluding the day in Anyinam with the entire district presbytery gathered for Asempatrew, a special event focused on spreading the good news of God.
This gathering brought together congregants from Mampong, Asamang, Adasewase, Accra Village, Moseaso, and Anyinam, offering a wonderful opportunity to share fellowship.
During these visits, they thanked God for the success of the elections and sought His guidance in the years ahead, praying for wisdom to execute the mandate entrusted to the MP, Abena Osei Asare by the constituency.
“We also asked for His strength to rebuild and unify our party for the greater good of our people”, the MP stated.
