The Founder and Leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Kofi Akpaloo, has said applauded the government for taking the initiative to build new 88 district hospitals across the country.
Mr Akpalo made this assertion during an interview with the host of ‘Efa Wo Ho’, Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi Fm on Thursday.
According to him, if he were the president of the country, he would have built over 200 hospitals across the country. Again insisted that, it’s possible for the ruling government to build the said 88 district hospitals before ending his tenure in office.
“Nothing is impossible for a president. The only thing a president cannot do is to create a human being, aside that, everything is possible. A president has the power to make things happen within a twinkle of an eye.” He said.
When asked on why the government is leaving health projects especially most health facilities left by the former president, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama to rot in bushes, the founder of LPG stated categorically that, this absurd behaviour didn’t start now. It started long ago and it’s about time they (political parties) put a stop to it.
“That’s the style of both NPP and NDC and it is killing the country, and that’s one of the numerous reasons why, one should cast his or her vote for Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG). Voting him as a president will put a stop to all these behaviours both parties exhibit when they are being voted as leaders in the country”. He averred.
