Kumawood actor Lil Win’s Weezy Empire, producers of the movie “A Country Called Ghana,” are demanding GHS1 million in compensation from Abrempong TV for illegally airing the movie without authorization.
Weezy Empire has alleged that the repeated broadcasts of the movie violated its copyright, causing substantial commercial loss and damage.
Weezy Empire has also ordered the station to stop further broadcasts of the movie. They warned that failure to comply within 14 days would result in legal action for damages and litigation costs.
