Academic work has been disrupted following a rainstorm disaster that struck two basic Schools in Kwahu Mpraeso in the Kwahu South Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The affected schools include Mpraeso M/A Basic School and Mpraeso Presbyterian Basic School.
The roofing of the schools was ripped off affecting some classrooms.
“The storm removed some roofing’s of Mpraeso M/A school, and also removed the roofing’s of the school toilet structure and Presby school too same. Officials from NADMO came here to assess the situation “a resident narrated to mybrytfmonline.com.
The seriously affected classrooms have been relocated to learn under trees.
