Aduana Stars defender Daniel Darkwah has expressed disappointment following the club’s inability to clinch the Ghana Premier League title.
The two-time Ghana Premier League winners stayed on top of the league for several months before falling short to Medeama, the eventual winners of the title.
Speaking to Koforidua-based Bryt FM, Darkwah poured out his frustrations after losing the league title.
“It’s hurts looking how long we stayed on top of the league and lost in the last minutes of the season it’s really painful. I can say we tried our best but due to my ITC issue, I couldn’t play a game for the club. I really feel disappointed we couldn’t win the trophy”
The defender made a return to the club after stints in Nigeria but was unable to feature in the just ended season due to ITC issues.
