The Regional NADMO Director for Ahafo Region, Mr, Collins Osei Bonsu has disclose to the residents in the various Municipal and District’s in the region should be careful about fire outbreak in this season.
According to him, this season people lost their properties through fire and electricity negligence in their home and urged individuals should take a caution about that.
He added that, most fire outbreak are cause by electricity and fire negligence at homes in the region and therefore call for caution to avoid fire outbreak.
He disclose to Kojo Mframa in an interview after fire outbreak destroyed six rooms house at Hwidiem Zongo in the Asutifi South District over the weekend.
He added that, People should understand the work of fire service department in the country during an fire outbreak because some always accused fire service personnel for their delay which is not their fault.
He use an example as a case study that, Some residents in Hwidiem Zongo attack fire service personnel on Sunday 18th February 2024 because they has been delayed during a fire outbreak and discribed as unfair to Fire service personnel in the District.
