Okuapehene Oseedeayo Kwasi Akuffo II will on Friday, September 18, 2020 cut sod for the construction of a modern monumental Palace for Okuapeman.
The new Palace has been designed to reflect the tradition and spirit of Okuapeman.
It will have auxiliary traditional architecture including a cultural and customary exhibition room, conference Hall and durbar ground and parking lots as well as residential seat of Okuapehene.
Paramount Chief for Okuapeman was sworn in and outdoors on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
Oseadeyo Kwasi Akuffo II is arguably the youngest paramount Chief in Ghana now.
The 34-year-old Okuapehene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the West Chester Community College, Val Halla, New York after completing his secondary school education at the Presbyterian Boys Senior High school, Legon in Accra.
Oseadeyo Kwasi Akuffo II has pledged his commitment to bringing development to Okuapeman. The Construction of the befitting modern Palace is one of the steps.
