The leadership of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been asked if they were under the influence of alcohol when compiling the party’s 2020 manifesto.
The delay in the outdooring of the party’s manifesto has also been attributed to the leadership addiction to alcohol intake.
An outspoken member of parliament for Assin Central and member of the Central Regional campaign team, Kennedy Agyapong made these allegations when addressing party faithful at Gomoa Dominase in the Gomoa East constituency of the Central region.
According to Mr. Kennedy Agyapong, the promise by the NDC to build mortuaries for Moslems is a clear indication of people under the influence of alcohol, hence the need for Ghanaians to reject its leadership promises of being a good alternative to the ruling NPP.
The Assin Central legislator emphasized the NPP has been able to create over 2.2 million jobs within the first four years in office and queried why Ghanaians would exchange such a great achievement for only 1 million jobs as promised by the NDC in its manifesto.
The Member of Parliament for Gomoa East, Kojo Asemani on his part, commended the rousing supporters for their commitment over the years and urged electorates to vote massively for him and President Akufo-Addo comes December 7 to continue the many policies initiated.
He assured the constituents of his continuous support to ensure their fair share of the National cake is evenly distributed to all communities.
