Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Middle Belt Development Authority, Madam Joyce Opoku Boateng has asked the Eastern Regional New Patriotic Party (NPP) grassroots Communicators to proclaim good policies by President Nana Administration as the country heads toward elections on December 7.
According to her, the Middle Belt Development Authority (MBDA) was mandated to implement constituency special projects under the special development initiative and Infrastructure for poverty eradication projects (IPE).
“Middle Belt Development Authority has rolled out many projects in the various constituencies across the country,” she said.
Madam Joyce Opoku indicated that Markets, Community Centre’s, one District One Warehouse, Toilet for All, one constituency one Ambulance, Police Stations, Water for All, Durbar grounds Schools Blocks and President’s Special Development Initiatives were selected projects by Middle Belt Development Authority.
“Two hundred and eighty-one (281) projects have been initiated, forty-three 43 have been completed,’’ he stated.
She specified that Ashanti Region, Eastern Region, Bono Region, Ahafo Region and Bono East Region were the Middle Belt Zone in the country.
In a media engagement in Koforidua, Madam Joyce Opoku revealed that the Middle Belt Development Authority is bridging the Rural-Urban Divide through the provision of modern facilities in communities across the country.
Madam Joyce Opoku affirmed that President Nana Addo vision is to influence developmental projects in the country.
