Residents of Brokong in the Afigya Kwabre South municipal of the Ashanti Region are living in fear due to the rampant activities of armed robbers in their community.
According to them, not a single day passes without incidents of armed robbery, leaving residents feeling helpless and vulnerable.
The situation is further exacerbated by the prevalence of drug abuse in the area, which residents believe contributes to the high rate of robbery cases.
The residents are now calling on security agencies, specifically Harvey Security, to intervene and restore peace in their community.
In an interview with journalists, residents and traders disclosed that, they way these drug addicts are tormenting their life it really alarming and are calling on government to intervene.
