Premier League giants, Arsenal is on the verge of announcing the signing of Atletico Madrid midfielder, Thomas Partey after agreeing to trigger the release clause of €50.
Before this agreement, North London tried swapping players but could not materialize as Atletico insisted on the buy-out clause of the player.
Partey has been on the shopping list of Arsenal after a stellar season with the Rojiblancos last season.
According to reports, the North London club could confirm the signing of Partey at end of August or early September.
The Gunners manager, Mikel Arteta is trying to build his regime at the Emirates having captured Willian from Chelsea.
