At the Royal Senchi Hotel and Resort in Akosombo, Francis Asenso Boakye, minister for Works and Housing delivered an address at the “2023 National Project Management Conference and Project Management Excellence Awards” of the Project Management Institute, PMI, Ghana.
He emphasized the importance of project management professionals in the socio-economic development of the country.
According to him, their expertise is critical in turning ideas into successful projects in various sectors.
He assured the gathering of government’s commitment to work with the professional body to regulate the practice of project management in the country with the view to ensuring standardisation and efficient project delivery.
