A first year Home Economics student of Asesewa Senior High School in the Eastern region who died in motorbike accident at Mampong stretch of Somanya to Odumase krobo road while returning from a night club to be buried on Friday.
The 20 year old Batsa Florence currently on vacation as a result of double track SHS policy was on motorbike with her female friend and the motor rider heading home from Memorial night club in Somanya at about 2:00am when the accident occured
According to the motor rider Tetteh Patrick Lawer ,an oncoming vehicle suddenly veered off to their lane but lost control in attempt to swerve the car to avoid head-on collision causing the motorbike to crash.
The rider and the other pillion rider sustained serious injuries but Batsa Florence died at the spot.
The injured are on admission at St Martin’s De Porres Hospital in Argomanya while the body of the deceased deposited the morgue of same facility.
According to the Uncle of the deceased,Mr Partey said the deceased will be buried in Friday.
According to the bereaved family the deceased will be buried Friday July 8, 2022 .
Her classmates and some teachers are expected to attend the burial rite .
