The Member of Parliament for Asuogyaman constituency Thomas Ampem Nyarko has commissioned a mechanized borehole for residents of Adjena East in the Constituency.
The residents had endured severe water scarcity over the years hence the intervention by the MP.
“Adjena East had only one borehole and most residents have to walk long distances in search of water, so this important project will reduce water scarcity the community has been facing for years” according to the assembly member for the area, Hon. Nuhu Amadu.
In the last five years, Hon. Thomas Ampem Nyarko has undertaken several water projects that have seen many households gaining access to clean water in the Constituency.
He has assured to gradually fix water accessibility challenges in other Communities.
