The Member of Parliament for Asuogyaman who is also Deputy Minister of Finance, Hon. Thomas Ampem Nyarko has kicked start thank you tour of the constituency as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with traditional authorities and express gratitude to constituents.
The MP over the weekend embarked on a series of engagements across the constituency, including a visit to the Boso Traditional Area, and actively pparticipated in the annual Fintey Festival.
The MP paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Boso Gua Traditional Area, Okotwasuo Nyarko Yeboah III, and the Queen Mother at the Boso Palace.
During the visit, the MP enrolled 30 young men and women from the area into the TANSDYEP skills development program.
The beneficiaries will receive training in dressmaking, hairdressing, plumbing, and carpentry—empowering them with practical skills for self-reliance and employment.
Continuing his community outreach, the MP toured several towns including Nkwakubew, New Dodi, Labolabo, Asikuma, Kudikofe, Wulahai, Mpamproase, and Apaaso as part of a thank-you tour following his victory in the 2024 elections.
He used the opportunity to personally express his appreciation to residents for their support and reassured them of his commitment to delivering on campaign promises.

The MP reaffirmed his unwavering focus on bringing opportunities and development to the people he represents.
The MP also joined the people of Fintey in celebrating their annual festival. During the festivities, he donated GH₵5,000 to support the event and announced plans to complete the community’s clinic project, which was abandoned by the previous administration. He further pledged to initiate additional developmental projects aimed at improving living standards in the area.
The engagements were made in the company of constituency executives and party members.
