Ghanaian International defender Baba Abdul Rahman has named former Real Madrid star Roberto Carlos as his idol and the person he looked up to when he harboured the ambition of becoming a top tier footballer.
The 26-year old joined Greek top-flight side, PAOK on loan from Chelsea after failing to break into this first team under both Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel.
Baba Rahman has been hit with major injuries which have affected his game time in the Premier League and it is the 5th time the left-back has been sent on loan since signing for Chelsea in 2015 from Augsburg in the German Bundesliga.
Speaking after his move to PAOK, he picked former Brazilian international Roberto Carlos as his idol.
Baba is hoping to make an impact in the Greek league as he set sights on winning trophies for the club.
