The Vice President of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia visited the Black Stars camp ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifying game against Central Africa Republic.
Ghana will lock horns with the Wild Beast on Monday night at the Baba Yara Stadium in matchday four of the qualifiers.
Ahead of the game, Bawumia, who is the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party motivated the Black Stars team with a cash donation of GHC500,000.
He was accompanied by the Sports Minister, Ussif Mustapha.
The entourage was received by the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku and head coach Otto Addo.
Ghana are tied on six points with Madagascar and Comoros ahead of the matchday four games.
