The Vice President, Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia swiftly responded to His Royal Majesty Yaa-Naa Andani Yakubu Abdulai V earlier request for pickup for the Savelugu Municipal Police Service.
The Vice President through the Northern Regional Minister presented a new Pickup to Yaa-Naa Andani Yakubu Abdulai to be handed over to Savelugu Municipal Police.
His Royal Majesty expressed his gratitude to the Vice President for standing by his words and cautioned the Police Service to take proper care of the vehicle for effective policing in Savelugu Municipality.
The Police Service could not hide their feelings for the pickup and in return has thanked his Royal Majesty for always coming to their aid as and when they send a request to his Palace. They assured the Yoo-Naa of taking good care of the vehicle for effective and efficient policing within the Municipality.
The Pickup was thus handed over to the police service by His Royal Majesty through the Regional police Commander.
