Reliable information reaching the news desk confirms that Vice President Dr. Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumia will be hosting a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, 18th August 2020.
The engagement, which will be based on infrastructure development, is expected to propagate the achievements of President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Deputy Information Minister, Pius Enam Hadzide disclosed this on Okay FM ‘Ade Akye Abia’ morning show on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
He emphasized that the presentation will be based on evidence of track record of the government over the past three years as compared to previous Mahama-led NDC administration.
“We are not only going to just present the infrastructure projects scattered across the country, but we are also going to provide the cost involved. We want Ghanaians to know that the NPP government can use the amount used to construct one interchange by the previous government to construct three same interchanges”.
“Kwame, do you know why, because we ensure value for money while the others are interested in enriching themselves out of contracts,” Mr. Hadzide told the host.
The 3rd Edition out of 8 scheduled Town Hall meetings by the Vice President’s Office is expected to start at 6:0pm and will be broadcast on television, radio, and other social media platforms.
